AVERT is an international HIV and AIDS charity based in the UK, working to AVERT HIV and AIDS worldwide. AVERT has HIV and AIDS projects in countries where there is a particularly high rate of infection, such as South Africa, or where there is a rapidly increasing rate of infection such as in India. They also take education and information to people in almost every country in the world through their highly successful web site.
Caribbean Coalition of National AIDS Programme Coordinators
CCNAPC is the Caribbean organization of national AIDS program coordinators, managers, and directors. Membership consists of 36 regional countries and territories.
Caribbean Epidemiology Center (CAREC)
CAREC – a public health information, service and consulting organization – is dedicated to being the best at providing information that people need to improve health and prevent disease in the Caribbean. Its mission is to improve the health status of Caribbean people by advancing the capability of member countries in epidemiology, laboratory technology and related public health disciplines through technical cooperation, service, training, research and a well trained motivated staff.
The Kaiser Family Foundation operates several websites that provide a wealth of up-to-date information and data on HIV/AIDS and other health issues in the U.S. and the world. Kaisernetwork.org, a free news and information service, offers daily summaries of HIV/AIDS-related news from around the world and webcasts on major HIV-related conferences, events, and briefings. We operate two websites, GlobalHealthReporting.org and GlobalHealthFacts.org, which provide the latest information and data on HIV/AIDS, TB, and malaria from around the world, with major support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for GlobalHealthReporting.org.

Pan-American Health Organization (PAHO)
The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) is an international public health agency with 100 years of experience in working to improve health and living standards of the countries of the Americas. It serves as the specialized organization for health of the Inter-American System. It also serves as the Regional Office for the Americas of the World Health Organization and enjoys international recognition as part of the United Nations system.
Within UNAIDS, the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS, brings together the efforts and resources of ten UN system organizations to the global AIDS response. Cosponsors include UNHCR, UNICEF, WFP, UNDP, UNFPA, UNODC, ILO, UNESCO, WHO and the World Bank. Based in Geneva, the UNAIDS secretariat works on the ground in more than 75 countries world wide.
The World Bank is a vital source of financial and technical assistance to developing countries around the world. The World Bank is working shoulder to shoulder with governments, civil society, donors, and other international organizations in the Caribbean to provide critical financial resources and technical assistance to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS and provide treatment and care for people infected and affected by HIV and AIDS.
